It all started after 4 years after opening the Performance Supplements retail store. The retail store opened January 2016 where we carried over 20 plus quality brands. At the time owner Alexander Frekey was working for one of the most popular sports nutrition brands in the US GAT Sport (the old GAT: German American Technologies) as one of the directors of US sales as well as product formulators. Creating some awesome products for the brand with his degree in Biochemistry he was at the tipping point of his career at GAT Sport and left the brand to go in the Medical Sales field in the operating room. After many of his long time customers and friends asked when was he going to create his own supplement line he was in an airport coming back from a long day of surgeries in Las Vegas NV where he created the formula for the flagship product of Performance Supplements Krea-Grow. Coming back from his trip he got to work on attaining a well known manufacturer to produce his product and well established label artist who was formally with GAT as their label designer. After going through the regulatory steps to get the product created the order was placed for one flavor (Performance Pop) of Krea-Grow with an initial production run of 144 tubs. 6 weeks later the product arrived in store and very nervous on how it would do it sold out in 4 weeks. Absolutely astonished and going into a panic because the brand was officially off the ground with no inventory he financed another run of 144 units again selling out in just a few weeks he knew this was for real and had to figure out how to scale the brand and bring an entire line to life. Fast forward to the amazing year of 2020 where our entire world was sent into a screeching halt costs rose drastically but luckily the orders were already in for a pre-workout, recovery BCAA/EAA, whole food multi-vitamin, and non-stimulant pump product. May 2021 came and one flavor of each product had landed in store as well as a full fledged e-commerce website. By the end of May all products were flying off the shelves and support was coming in all across the country. But now the real work started needing to create more flavors so the momentum carried on as well as 4 health and wellness based products for the cardiovascular system, digestion, cholesterol, and liver support. Fast forward to September 2023 the entire Performance line and PerformanceRX (soon to be Performance Health) had launched as well as fully pulling the brand away from the retail store and into a warehouse space only to close the retail location due to 80% of sales being online (even locally due to free Arizona shipping). The next year in 2024 a new partner joint the company Adam Fritsch who moved to Arizona.  Adam was a long time customer of the brand and had a massive passion for health and fitness as well as being a career personal training & coach. Adam came to the office and asked a simple question, “How can I do more with the brand, is there any room to buy in and become a partner?” Knowing him for a short time Alex immediately saw his passion for the brand and the industry, easy answer “Absolutely”! Alex still in the medical sales field couldn’t grow the brand alone and do everything by himself. So Adam soon became an owner taking over content creation, videography, SEO, website design (taking classes in digital marketing on his own to be proficient) as well as being side by side with Alex on product development to bring the best products to market they could!

Performance became more than a business for Alex and Adam it became a passion for helping people all across the US preform at their best!
