love these products and the new liquid pump vaso is crazy convenient just a quick shot on the way to the gym and your set. then of course the krea grow for post recovery is perfect.

I not only use it in the gym, but I also use it at work. I have to wear a bullet resistant vest with my all black uniform and combat boots in the Texas heat. I keep water bottles with Intragrow in them with me. Three or four sips of it and my body cools right down and it keeps me hydrated. Drinking it at work and in the gym really helps keep my muscles from being stiff and sore. It also tastes great!!
