After taking home the title of Mr. Arizona in the Classic Physique category in October 2023, Ryan McGee was preparing to make his mark on the national stage. But just as his momentum was building, chronic shoulder pain forced him to step away from prep—and even stop all push movements entirely.

Faced with the harsh reality of stepping back from training, Ryan did what champions do: he adapted. Out of necessity and passion, WEIGHTMATES™️ was born.
